Sometimes the USPS will not have any tracking information until item is delivered, because we ship in bulk and sometimes they do not scan items.
We will give a full refund if item gets lost in mail after 21 days as per USPS policy.* Free Return Shipping Policy: If you receive a damaged item that is not as described we will be happy to refund and pay return shipping.
